WHAT IS THE GUT SUPPORT?
Gut Support is a dietary supplement that has been developed as a supplement to the normal nutrition of athletes. It is a concentrated source of micro and macronutrients as well as other plant substances with a physiological effect and can be used for a good intestinal function.
The patented gut support supplement contains a unique mixture of plant preparations and substances with a physiological effect that support a healthy intestinal flora. A healthy intestinal flora is extremely important for an athlete, because it has an influence on the energy level, immune system, recovery, etc.
The supplement contains functional prebiotics. These are very specific indigestible carbohydrates that are able to support a certain class of good bacteria in your intestines by providing them with a suitable nutritional substrate. These specific bacteria in turn support other good bacteria and in this way the intestinal flora is supported, strengthened and ultimately multiplied indirectly.
The supplement promotes the intestinal function and is available in 3 variants to optimally respond to your genetically determined intestinal function.

The Gut Support enables me to keep my intestinal flora in order. As a top athlete, I don’t always have complete control over what I eat. WHAT MAKES THE GUT SUPPORT SPECIFIC?
2′-Fucosyllactose (Oligosaccharide Prebiotics)
The main ingredient of our Gut Support is 2′-Fucosyllactose (2′-FL). This is a “Human Milk Oligossaccharide” (HMO). In other words, 2′-Fucosyllactose is originally found in human breast milk.
The high concentrations found in human breast milk are not found in cow’s milk, for example. The concentration of oligosaccharides per litre of breast milk is 5-15 grams, as opposed to 0.05 grams per litre of cow’s milk.
So one of the unique aspects of breast milk is that it contains high concentrations of these oligosaccharides. These oligosaccharides are indigestible to our digestive system, so that they arrive intact in the intestines and are able to support specific intestinal bacteria.
2′-Fucosyllactose supports the health of the intestinal flora, as it feeds specific intestinal bacteria that are beneficial for gut health.
